New F.A.F.O Wednesday gathering : Yoga & Uni-TEA

“Yoga and tea can seem sissy, but THIS yoga and THIS tea is for badass women, you see.

Women need to rejuvinate, cuz they tire from carryin the weight.

Men, don't feel left out, tend to the homefire while your partner is out.” — Annie Humphrey

In February we held our first Yoga & Uni-TEA in Room 203.

Before starting, Annie asked everyone to set an intention. “Think of someone to do this for,” She said, guiding the room through flowing yoga poses (Vinyasa).

“Before I put myself through a vinyasa I set an intention and do it for someone who needs that prayer. Then it’s less about yourself and more about that person you are thinking of, the person who you think needs it more than you.”

Yoga & Uni-TEA is now a monthly gathering in Room 203! You are invited to set intentions and to rejuvinate in a village of other caring and powerful women.
